Business and construction specialist Cardium Law has appointed Jayna Patel as the firm’s new Litigation Director.
Jayna joins London based Cardium from the Legal 500 litigation team at Dutton Gregory LLP.
With around 20 years of litigation experience, Jayna has created an excellent reputation for resolving complex commercial disputes on behalf of individuals and businesses. Additionally, Jayna brings extensive experience concerning litigation funding supported by ATE Insurance. This further enhances Cardium’s ability to support its clients through the litigation process with tailored finance solutions.

Building on her strengths, Jayna is the South England Representative for the Professional Negligence Lawyers’ Association which is an excellent platform for Jayna to display many of her skill sets including articulating on cutting edge legal issues key to her successful client relationships and curating and chairing the annual London PNLA Conference (the next one is on 16 October 2025).
With a history of successful outcomes, Jayna continues to excel in many of Cardium’s core specialisms that incorporate the wide variety of professional negligence claims involving solicitors, valuers, construction professionals and accountants.
