David joined Cardium Law in 2018. He is an incredibly experienced litigator with much of his previous experience revolving around fraud.

Significantly, David has represented HMRC achieving large scale multi-million-pound recoveries. In addition to his involvement with resolving copyright and trademark frauds, David has also interacted with the film industry concerning the unlawful recording of films in cinemas.

Recently, David has carried out forensic investigations for the Solicitors Regulation Authority and has undertaken complex analysis of solicitors suspected of breaching accounts rules or conducting fraudulent activities. His appearances at the Solicitor’s Disciplinary Tribunal have all had positive outcomes.
