Andrea is well-qualified with a BA (Hons) Social Policy and Law, MSc. Criminal Justice Policy and Phd Criminal Justice (pending) focusing on domestic abuse policy, legal remedies and interventions for family support.

She has more than 25 years’ experience in senior management positions, specialising in housing, social care, family support, child and adult safeguarding, criminal justice and community safety, providing strategic planning and management consultancy, crisis management and quality accreditations.

Through her experience, Andrea has developed particular expertise in supporting people through formal, statutory obligations and processes such as probate, which can be daunting for those not used to such undertakings and having to do so at the worst possible time.

Over recent years, she has established a successful practice, Paloma Probate Services, providing fixed price probate administration, estate management, advice and property management pending grant of probate.
